INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS
Add 2 heaped tablespoons (43g) to 284ml (1/2 pint) of Skimmed Milk and mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker. Take 2-3 times per day between meals.

If you want to lose fat weight or retain a ripped look use it to replace a meal.
