The Natural Anabolic Stack
Dear Ultimate-Nutrition
Your sports supplements are superior to anything I have ever used before in the ten years I have been a Bodybuilder and I have used most of the American and UK ones.
I was introduced to your L-Arginine, Tribulus and Horny Goat Weed plus your Ecdysterone, combined it is without a shadow of a doubt the best natural anabolic stack that I have ever used.
My physique has not stopped growing since I started. I have used steroids in the past but lost most of my size and strength when I came off them. This has not happened since I started what I call your Natural Anabolic Stack. I have also been taking your Metressyn Meal Replacement since October, once again with great results.
Your company emailed me last night with what can only be described as ‘Mana from Heaven’. Ever since Christmas I have struggled to fund my training, food and supplements and just as I thought I would have to cut back you send me an offer on Metressyn which I cannot afford to miss. Two packs plus two packs free. It’s like winning the lottery for me. As you can see I am ordering 4 lots, 2 for me and 2 for my training partner.
Just one thing though, some time ago I used Arthur Fairhurst’s Power Bulking Up Routine which I have now lost and cannot quite remember what to do. Is it possible to have a copy please?
I tell everyone how good your sports supplements are. Keep up the good work.
Neil

problems seem to have been caused by injecting Winstrol
Dear Arthur
Although I appreciate how difficult it must be for you to answer every letter, phone call and e-mail, I am desperate for some proper advice from an expert on bodybuilding who can give me a genuine answer to my serious problem.
Over the last year I have had three abscesses, one in my backside and two in my left shoulder. The doctor who operated on the last one hit the roof with me for using steroids when I told him that it was the only way to get a physique.
All these problems seem to have been caused by injecting Winstrol. I must say that I am very careful with my hygiene and I never use a needle twice. I have heard and have also been told that Winstrol can be the source of abscesses.
Could you please advise me as to if this is true or not?
James
Dear James
Over the last year or so I have heard of many bodybuilders who have had or are having the same problem as yourself by using Winstrol. It would appear that because Winstrol is water based a small residue of the drug compound might be left in the base of the injection site and by constantly injecting in the same area this residue builds up over a period of time until it becomes infected and then erupts as a very nasty abscess which then requires surgery to remove it.
One bodybuilder who I know very well had five abscesses in his shoulders in a matter of weeks. All caused through using Winstrol. My advice is, because Winstrol is not helping you to reach your goals, you should be looking at alternatives which are oil based.

Jo Walker sponsored by Ultimate-Nutrition says about 90+ Advanced
Joe Walker, one of Ultimate-Nutrition Sponsored Bodybuilders who is in hard training and in count down mode for the North West Britain Final, which Joe hopes to be once again the overall Winner, contacted me today to say that the New 90+ Advanced – Peptide Bonded Protein containing Ultra Filtered-Micro Filtered Whey Isolate, Pure Pasteurised Egg Whites and Ultra Filtered Pure Micellar Casein is without any doubt the best protein that he has ever used.
It mixes great, tastes fantastic and more importantly it is so well balanced and the cherry on the cake being that it contains 5 Egg Whites and 45g of Protein in every 50g serving, and to top it all his physique is better now than it has ever been at this stage of his training.
How does Ultimate-Nutrition do it?
Dear Arthur
Please tell me the secret to how you do it. Every year your Ultimate-Nutrition sponsored team of bodybuilders win all the major honours at all the major bodybuilding contests.
I have seen many bodybuilders over the years, who, to be fair looked ok but were nothing special until you got hold of them and they then seemed to blossom and get better than their potential deserved.
I won’t name names but I am sure you know who I mean what is in your Ultimate nutrition sports supplements that other sports companies haven’t got
Ted
Dear Ted
I could not do my job without self belief and the unshakable conviction that what I am doing really matters and that I will overcome all obstacles to succeed.
I really enjoy identifying and nurturing talented and the not so talented individuals who have clear potential. It is hugely satisfying to see them grow and develop their physiques and to see the careers in bodybuilding flourish. I apply the same principals to myself, The Ultimate Nutrition Team and to the Ultimate Nutrition Sports products and that is nothing is perfect, but striving for perfection benefits all.
I like to know in my own mind that every time one of our sponsored Ultimate Nutrition Team members dedicated or not so dedicated bodybuilder, sports person or athlete takes or drinks an Ultimate Nutrition sports supplement it takes him or her nearer to their championship physique or chosen sport as a winner.
Arthur
Dear Arthur
Last year I started back training with the weights after a lay-off of 22 years. During all of that time, I lost all contact of life in the gym. What I have found amazing is how high the standard is now and the age of most of the winners. It’s no longer the domain of young bodybuilders. The average age of the winners these days seems to be about 40. I see even Ronnie Coleman is over 40. My age is 51. What I want to ask you though is do you think that at my age, if I use steroids, they will work or will they do me more harm than good. I would very much appreciate your answer as you are without any doubt one of the most respected men living today, who is involved with bodybuilding supplementation and nutrition. I had never heard of you before last year but I think you would be surprised at how often your name comes up in the gym that I train in, with regard to what and what not to do. Anyway please see what you can do to advise me.
JOE
Dear Joe
Thank you for your letter. Experience has shown me over the years that steroids probably work to a far better advantage with older men, owing to the fact that their own natural resources, as it were, are declining. In America thousands of men are hanging onto their youth by taking shots of Testosterone, along with Tribulus, Saw Palmetto and
Horny Goat Weed. Be careful though, you need proper advice before you run into things that you are not sure of.
ARTHUR MASSEY-FAIRHURST
Dear Sir
There seems to be a split in the view as to if steroids work. My son is a rugby player with a lot of ability and is destined for the top. Many of his contemporaries are on steroid drugs and do appear to me to be gaining an advantage over my son. What is your opinion?
NAME WITHHELD
Dear Sir
By the late 1960’s/early 1970’s, American bodybuilders swept the board at all the major bodybuilding contests around the world. The rumours started that they were taking little white pills to increase their muscle size. It wasn’t long before those little white pills started to appear around Europe, including the U.K. There was a great gnashing of teeth and beating the chest from the rulers and officials of all the major British bodybuilding associations on what would happen to any British bodybuilder that was caught taking the above-said pills. But human nature being human nature, there were those bodybuilders who took the risk and became steroid users. A very dubious dose of 15 milligrams daily = 3 Dianabo tablets, being the suggested dose. It was not long before bodybuilders who were on steroids completely outclassed those who were not on steroids. So yes I have to report to you that steroids taken properly with the correct training and nutrition certainly will work.
ARTHUR MASSEY-FAIRHURST
Do steroids stunt growth?
Dear Arthur
Please answer my letter. For the last two years I have been using steroids with good results, but I am worried because I have now been told that steroids will stunt my growth. Is this true? John
Dear John
If you are still a teenager your bones will still be growing in thickness and length. This will continue until you are about 21 years old.
What you have been told about steroids stunting your growth is most probably correct because steroids will cause premature closing of the bones which will cause height deficiency.
It is advisable to refrain from using steroids until you are over 21 years of age. Arthur
What do I need to do to be considered for Sponsorship?
Dear Ultimate Nutrition
I’m 16 and I have my mind set on being the worlds best bodybuilder when I’m older preferably by the time I’m 30.
I was wondering if you would be able to sponsor me or support me in some way. I already have a good physique as I started weight lifting at the age of 11.
I appreciate it greatly if you could get back to me on this matter. I also receive your newsletters through the post and you training courses which I have been following strictly. Yours Usman Zayn.

ONGOING RESEARCH INTO MILK...
From research done by predominantly American scientists, there is a number of effects caused by Pasteurisation, Homogenisation and skimming of milk.
Pasteurisation
• Destroys pro-biotic enzymes
• Diminishes vitamin content
• Denatures milk proteins
• Destroys vitamins:-
C
B12
B6
• Kills beneficial bacteria
• Promotes pathogens
• Is associated with allergies
• Increases tooth decay
• Associated with Colic in infants
• Causes growth problems in children
• Increases osteoporosis
• Affects arthritis
• Linked to heart diseases
• Associated with cancer
• Rather than turning sour it turns putrid
• Removes vital qualities causing constipation
Homogenisation
• Can cause the enzyme xanthine oxidase, to become very destructive to heart and arterial tissue. In raw milk they are digested in the intestine and stomach and used or excreted.
Skimming
• Removes vitamins A & D needed for assimilation of calcium and proteins in water fraction of the milk. This causes proteins and calcium difficult to utilise and possibly toxic.
• Removes short chain fatty acids, which protect against disease and stimulate the immune system.
• Removes Conjugated Linoleic acid which:- Offer some protection against breast cancer and other malignancies.
• Dramatically reduces the deposition of fat (Protection against becoming overweight).
Full Fat Milk
• Reduces the risk of children developing asthma
Pasture fed cows milk (grass fed)
• Contains Beneficial Omega 3.

Martin asks about Whey Protein..
Considering purchase of protein powder. Read that Whey isolate is perfect for 1 hour window of opportunity post workout, but of little value at other times. Is this true? If so, can you also suggest a protein shake for 'other times'?
Answer: No it is not true. It is good for fast release protein if you need slow release protein take Metressyn RX.

Squats are essential to growth and how much weight to use
Dear David
I read that you love doing squats. I only wish most sports people did. If only they realised the benefits to health that squatting gives. What almost all of them do not realise is that squatting one set of 10 repetitions pushes an extra 26% more blood in to the sex organs and releases growth hormone.
I always recommend that weight trainers, even on none leg training days do at least one set of squats so that they release more growth hormone.
Regards to your questions as to how much weight to use.
What I have found is that using about two thirds of your best poundage will do the trick.
I do hope that my answer is helpful and once again I must say I am sorry for my delay in answering your letter.
Kindest regards, Arthur
