Whey Isolate, Egg Whites and Micellar Casein are three of the most important proteins for building muscles fast.

Vast amounts of research covering many years from all around the world proves that a continuous supply throughout the day of above mentioned proteins are of vital importance for supporting muscle growth, when you train hard with weights, sporting endeavour, and physical work you break down muscle, in short, hard physical work of any sort creates what is called a Catabolic State (muscle death).

If you do not supply your body with sufficient protein after hard work or training then instead of building up your strength and physique you will simply go smaller and weaker. Your all over strength and physique will simply waste away.

You have to supply your body with a constant supply of protein throughout the day especially before and after hard physical work which might include your job, working out with weights and some sporting activity you will then need protein to repair the muscles that you have broken down to help rebuild and produce more growth. In a nutshell, protein is made up of Amino Acids. Amino Acids are Nitrogen.

Your muscles are protein which is made up of Amino Acids and they too are Nitrogen. The more Nitrogen you take on board, the more muscle you build. The important thing to remember here is that your muscles are built of certain Amino Acids and you have to consume the same Amino Acids that your muscles are made of. The most compatible Amino Acids that your muscles are made up of are called Branch Chain; these Amino Acids are found in milk proteins, eggs, fish, red meats, chicken, liver and shell fish. These proteins are classed as first class proteins. The reason they are graded as first class is that their Amino Acids are very similar in structure to human tissue, whereas second class proteins, the likes of vegetables have some of the essential Branch Chain Amino Acids missing which are crucial to maintaining human life. If you want to grow muscle you must have an abundance of essential Amino Acids constantly feeding your muscles.

Egg White is also known as Egg Albumen. It is one of the highest, quality proteins that a bodybuilder or sports person can ingest. It is a perfect protein because of its perfect Amino Acid balance which is almost identical to human muscle tissue. Because of this our bodies are able to utilise almost all of these Amino Acids, which are the building blocks of muscle than any form of other food source, other than milk Protein Isolates i.e.; Whey and Casein Proteins.

Egg Whites also have high levels of Arginine in them. The Amino Acid converts to Nitric Oxide (NO) which causes the blood vessels to dilate, this then results in increased blood flow to the muscles delivering more oxygen, Anabolic Hormones and nutriments which creates greater energy, better recovery and bigger pumps.

Arginine Nitric Oxide (NO) also helps to create muscles because of its high growth hormone levels. There are upwards of 40 different proteins in Egg Whites. One of these is called Avidin. If you eat raw eggs (uncooked) the Avidin binds to an important B vitamin in your body called Biotin, this will then cause a Biotin deficiency.

Pasteurised egg whites have high levels of a non essential Amino Acid; Cysteine. This Amino Acid helps in the important role for the production of Glutathione which is a protein that is an anti-oxidant. Its job is to neutralise free radicals and boost the immune system to help create muscle growth. Cysteine also plays an important part in that it protects against liver damage and helps to maintain muscle.

Egg whites which come in powder form have gone through a pasteurisation process. Pasteurising deactivates Avidin and prevents it from binding to Biotin. All forms of cooking eggs also deactivates Avidin. Egg Whites digest at a slower rate than Whey Proteins and at a faster rate than Milk Caseins, which puts egg Whites in the perfect position between the Whey Protein and the Casein Protein in that it helps to give a continuous six hour supply of protein to your physique.

There is no doubt that the quickest and easiest way of getting Amino Acids to your muscles is by drinking Whey Protein, Egg White Proteins and Micellar Caseins.
